Hi, I'm Vincent! Once you've been accepted into AIM, and your Financial Aid File has been processed by Robin Forte'-Burrell, we'll schedule an appointment for you/your parents to come and meet with me and we'll discuss all your financial aid options. During the Financial Aid meeting, I'll give you a breakdown of the Cost of the Program, the amount of Financial Aid you're eligible for (based on your processed Financial Aid File) and the amount of any out-of-pocket costs (if applicable) that Financial Aid won't cover. We'll discuss options for financing those cost including private loans. If you choose to use our Payment Plan Option instead, we'll coordinate with Diane Parker, the Bursar, so that she can go over payment plans options with you for any cash balances still owed after financial assistance has been applied.
Hi, I'm Robin! Once you've been accepted into AIM, I'll follow-up with you in regards to the completion of your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. Once we receive your FAFSA results electronically, I'll correspond with you to let you know if additional documentation is required in order to continue processing your Financial Aid File. This is a process called Verification. Once Verification of your Financial Aid File is complete, I'll schedule an appointment for you to meet with the Financial Aid Director, Vincent Walters, and he'll review your Financial Aid Package with you, your Program costs, as well as, the process and procedures to apply for Federal Direct Loans at AIM.
